Amy Nikolaisen, Professional Auctioneer, Broker and Realtor co-owns and manages the auction and real estate business. Amy hails from a farm near Watertown, South Dakota where she was actively involved in showing and selling registered cattle and farming on the family farm. After graduating with a bachelor's degree with an emphasis in marketing, she married her husband, Tom and continued working in marketing, insurance and finally in real estate. After moving to North Dakota, she received her real estate training and license and eventually obtained her professional auctioneer's training and license from Continental Auctioneer's School in Mankato, MN. She is a member of the ND, SD, and MN State Auctioneer's Associations as well as the National Auctioneer's Association. Amy is also a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Grand Forks Board of Realtors. She is actively involved in her community namely sitting on the Towner County Economic Development Corporation Board of Directors and the Towner County Farm Service Agency Advisory Committee. Amy actively farms and ranches with her husband, Tom. They reside with their family in Cando, North Dakota.

Tom Nikolaisen, Attorney-At-Law and Co-owner, provides closing services, legal advice and an extensive farming background for Nikolaisen Land Company. Tom grew up on the family farm near Egeland, North Dakota. He received his undergraduate education at North Dakota State University with degrees in Ag Education and Ag Extension. Tom was a Sales Manager for Hubbard Feeds Inc., Mankato, MN for fifteen years before moving back to North Dakota. He then received his Juris Doctor from the University of North Dakota. Tom now practices on Main Street, Cando, ND and in Devils Lake, ND as a partner of Bulie-Nikolaisen Law, PLLC. He also is the State's Attorney for Towner County, North Dakota. Tom resides with Amy and their family in Cando, ND and continues to be actively involved in the family farming operation in the Cando/Egeland area.

Kenneth Bulie, Attorney-At-Law, CPA, Realtor, Broker Associate, working out of his Cando, Devils Lake, Fargo & Grand Forks, ND offices. Ken graduated from Egeland High School, Egeland, ND. He received an Associate Degree from Lake Region State College, a Bachelor Degree from Mayville State University, and a Juris Doctor from the University of North Dakota. Ken has 36 years experience in the insurance business and has been a real estate broker since 2007. Ken is also a Certified Estate Planner and has extensive experience in tax law and preparation. History, especially American and Presidential history, is his hobby, and he is an avid collector of coins and memorabilia. Ken and his wife, Deb reside in Grand Forks, ND.

Tanner Komrosky, Branch Manager, Salesperson, Realtor, works out of the Devils Lake, ND and Cando, ND offices. He graduated from North Star Public School in Cando, ND, attended Jamestown College and graduated from North Dakota State University in Fargo, ND with a Business and Finance Degree. Tanner has worked for Cando Insurance Agency, Inc., Real Estate 4-U and now Nikolaisen Land Company since 2013. His hobbies include playing football, basketball, baseball and golf. Tanner is also an avid hunter and outdoorsman. Along with holding a real estate license, Tanner is also a licensed professional insurance agent. He has been extremely successful in his academic and athletic careers and has brought that through to his real estate and insurance careers. Tanner is engaged to his fiancé, Ashley and they reside in Devils Lake, ND.

Marlene Bertsch, Broker Associate, Realtor, works out of the Devils Lake, ND office. She graduated from UND Lake Region and has over 28 years of experience working as a Real Estate Agent in Devils Lake. Over 16 of those years were as a Broker/Owner of Real Estate 4-U. In May of 2015, Real Estate 4-U's ownership changed and Marlene remained as an Associate Broker. Marlene has 5 years of experience as a property manager, has been involved with many organizations, sat on community boards and volunteered in the area. Marlene and her husband Joseph live in Devils Lake, ND.

Shari Timms, Salesperson, Realtor, GRI, works out of the Devils Lake, ND office. She brings 12 years of real estate experience. She started her real estate career in March of 1999 in Ames, Iowa at RE/MAX Real Estate Center. Shari earned her Iowa Broker's License, which she still holds, and her Graduate of Real Estate Institute (GRI) while she was a RE/MAX. In 2004, Shari made a move to Century 21 Signature Real Estate in Ames. She was with Century 21 SRE until she and her husband moved to his hometown of Cando, ND in September of 2011. Shari earned her ND Real Estate License in January of 2016. She and her husband, Dana live in Cando, ND.

Mindy Swenson, Salesperson, Realtor, works out of the Devils Lake, ND office. Mindy brings a lot of excitement to the Devils Lake team. She has many years of experience working with clients as she sold insurance for the Bremer system. Mindy lives in Devils Lake, ND and is married with two children. She loves to attend her family's sporting activities.
